The space
The property consists of:
2 bedrooms, living room, 1 bathroom, 2 balconies.
Both bedrooms have a double beds (160/200 cm) and with AC's. One of the bedrooms have own balcony.
There is a sofa into the living room which can take into a double bed. High speed Wifi (300 Mbps) and cable internet access available. Also With AC. Also there is a small balcony attached to the living room with sea view and outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the summer breeze.
The kitchen is fully equiped for mid/long stay and also there is a 6 ppl dinig table inside.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment.

👉Guest can use the parking space in front of the building for free.
Additional notes
👉 We can offer AIRPORT TRANSFER for additional charge of EUR 20-25 , depending from the part of the day.
👉 PETS are allowed after additional (add to the standard) cleaning fee charge between EUR 20 and 50 . The fee is vary from the kind, spiece and count of the pets and lenght of the stay.
We can also provide upon request:
👉 Additional Childrens crib for - EUR 15 per stay.
👉 High chair - EUR 10 per stay
👉We keep to strictly NO SMOKE policy inside and guest can be charged up to the size of the security deposit as fine in case of a breach.

Neighborhood overview
Asparuhovo is a district of Varna. It is located in the southern part of the town and has a population of 27 000. The local beach is vast and tranquil together with the marina with fish restaurants and beach bars. It is not attended by many tourists and suits well people who want to enjoy the sea and the beach but are on a tight budget. There are water attractions on the beach like water wheels, windsurf, etc. Nearby, there are also restaurants that offer food and drink.

Asparuhovo has a large range of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and clothes shops and bakeries and is a very peaceful and relaxed place to spend time, with lush green trees and many local parks around with many local public transport links to Varna centre and beyond.

In 1976 a canal connecting lake Varna and the Black Sea was dug between Asparuhovo and the rest of Varna. The Asparuhov Bridge was built at the same time above the canal so the district wouldn't be separated from the rest of the city.
Getting around
The Airport is 15 km away with quickest access by taxi. The bus line 409 also will take you to the city center and you can switch to 17 or 46 to reach Asparuhovo. The area is currently free for car parking
